Eneken Tikk heads our normative, power and influence studies. Eneken holds PhD in law and has extensive experience in the development of national legislation, cyber policy and international cyber diplomacy. Eneken has in-depth expertise in personal data protection law and practice.
Mika Kerttunen is by education general staff officer and doctor in social sciences. He has specialized in national cyber policy and strategy processes, academic education and in the politics of international cyber security.
Thomas (Tom) A. Dukes Jr. combines the qualities of a lawyer, policy-maker and an officer with his degree in law and service in national administration and national guard. Tom is an expert of national policy processes and international cybercrime regulation and policy.
Kristine Hovhannisyan has a legal background and experience in supporting human rights and civil society. More recently, she has added cyber security and confidence-building in her portfolio. Kristine’s areas of interest cover use of cyber technologies for peace and human development.
Mirva Salminen conducts her doctoral study on digitalization and cybersecurity in the European High North at the Arctic Centre, University of Lapland, Finland. She holds M. Soc. Sc. degree in International Politics and B. Soc. Sc. in Political Science, both from the University of Tampere, Finland.
